Depends on your budget. If you want top dawg headers, go with ARH, SW, PFADT, or Kooks. If you want budget headers that are quality, go with TSP or Stainless Power. I have the stainless power and they are great. They are a branch off of Stainless Works, its just their budget line. They are the exact same tubes and flanges as the SW, only they are welded in China. Somehow thats cheaper. TSP makes their own and they are welded in China. Very good results with both. Catted or catless is up to you.

I just put on Kooks headers with catless mid pipes.. sounds absolutely wicked.
Call Maryland speed when you are ready to order...the price I got over the phone was mind blowing.

Headers dont void a warranty.
A tune can only void your warranty if the tune causes the damage you are trying to get warranty work to fix. |

Technically, headers don't void your warranty. The tune is where you get into trouble. Any time you change the way the computer distributes fuel and air, you risk some idiot botching the tune and blowing up your car.
Before it gets stated, flashing back to stock doesn't help either. Imagine if I loaded a tune into my car that caused it to blast a hole in the block. Flashing it back to stock doesn't take away the blame. It was directly caused by my tune, and GM will certainly be able to tell.

Remember we do packages too which save you money.
Your car definitely needs a tune. I could tell just driving it around. Not very smooth on power. When I get a customer that has warrenty issue's I'll let people know. As of now no problems with the 12 years of building these cars and a lot of warrenty work on tranny's, lifters, even had a Vette bought back from GM for a ground issue. Had longtubes and tuning. |
