Just when I thought all was lost, they go and make a sequel.

I can't wait - it's supposed to come out JULY 25th! 2008!
This is on my MUST SEE list.

Only movies that have ever been on my MUST SEE list, were..well..just Transformers..in 07..but now its the new X-Files movie (this july), and Transformers 2 (2009) Just one more month yay!, I can't believe this is the first I've heard of this..ugh.

You're probably saying to yourself.. "oh its just another dumb sequel with some X-Files agent wannabe's, and this movie is gonna suck cuz it wont have the same people..."
nope.. Scully & Mulder are back! YAY!
I personally think it really has potential..I cant wait to see it.

The media and marketing for the movie's been almost non-existent the past few months. It's supposed to ramp up more the closer it gets to the release date.
Rumor has it if this movie does well, there could be another in 2010, and yet another in 2012.
It's been far too long as it is, since the first "X-Files" movie. I can't wait to see this one.

Yeah I agree, though, the first x-files movie wasn't all that great =/
I'm hoping this one knocks the socks off the first one.
I mean don't get me wrong, it was a cool movie, but it wasn't anything spectacular..it didn't wow me in any way.

For some reason when i watched the trailer i expected to see Fox or Dana to be all disheveled and like, worn down..old..etc etc..but I guess it really hasn't been THAT long since x-files went bye bye.
but yeah I'm definitely looking forward to this new movie.

can't wait to see it. been on my list for about 6 to 7 month now.

@ costco i found a x-files set all 201 shows and the 1st movie for like $180 i'm really debating on getting it.
