Does anyone else get this feeling that the poll about colors we just did has anything to do with what color gets made first??

Not really, I think they have another color that they would like to see for next year. And this poll will tell them which one they can hack. I can tell you now it wont be white though.

I have no idea what that poll was for, but I doubt it was for color priority. My thought was that it was for which color cars to use in advertisements but

Hope not. The color people voted for does not really translate to the color they ordered. I've seen may posts saying that their favorite color was Black but they ordered another color because Black was not easy to keep up with.

Also I think they are smarter than that. They did get over 8,000 preorders and that would include the colors that people choice. Why would they want to do a survey?

I have a feeling they wanted to see if the colours they picked were good, and the unlucky colours would be killed off for the next model run, for exaple like a Jetstream Blue, a different orange, different grey or whatever for 2011
If its anything like the mustang, there will be many different colours every year. Im sure there will be a hugger orange for when the vert comes out

A few color changes every year will keep the people attracted to the car, especially if there are colors that don't sell well.

my reasoning was if alot of people liked it, then they would want those cars on the street first to draw people in. i dunno though...

I think it might've been to see which colors came in last, so that they can either improve, or remove/replace them with alternate colors for the 2011 models.

Works for me I ordered Black!

That said no it has nothing to do, the paint machines we have already been told are loaded with all colors and can paint a green car, a red one, a black one, a silver one, in whatever order, doesn't matter.
