I love this forum and my SS

I don't think I ever cared as much about a car aor a forum since I got my SS.
Even if it would have been the base model I still would have come here on a daily basis to educate myself about the car and all the features.
Thanks everybody for making this forum one of the best in the world!
I have learned a lot about the car and finally know how to drive it

Still trying to wrap it all around my head also. Sometimes these guys are just "too" smart. As in im lost at around the 3rd or 4th word lol.

Been a diesel guy for most my life but grew old and weary; bored and complacent with it all. This car has awakened me with a passion that me and my now deceased father never were able to share; he passed when I was 20 (2004).

We had several projects in mind which never materialized one being a 60s model chevy truck with a 1970 8.2L 500ci cadillac motor which produced 400 hp 550 lbf-ft from the factory.I hope one day to do this with my son. Rant over.....sorry.

Trust me I feel the same way.
Anyway it is just great to won a piece of American History at a affordable price.
Every question I have ever had about this car always has been answered within a few minutes.
This comes real handy while doing something in your garage and yo have no idea of what you doing.
Hope your project with your son goes well

Yup, me too. Been kicking around here over 2 years and can't believe how much I've learned. Absolutely love my car and all I've been able to do with it.

It's always great to see new people on this board, reminds of the same enthusiasm i had many many moons ago when i picked up my first Camaro at the age of 17!
No internet, Cell phones or the cyber space. But we had some damn good burger & shake joints and every weekend everyone in town brought out their hot rods and gathered together to see what everyone else was doing to their cars! Unfortunately those iconic days are gone forever!

We are new to Camaro too! Love at first sight. My wife got a 2012 Victory Red SS Convertible the last week of November and I bought a 2013 Blue Ray Metallic SS Convertible a week later. We like driving around town as a "flight of two" Camaros (retired USAF). We also joined the Sin City Camaro Club and I am here at the Camaro5 forum most every day. Thanks to everyone who shares their knowledge. I've learned a lot here.

Marcus
