You will have to buy all the parts, connectors, lighting individually, currently there isn't a kit out there.

There is no tubing behind the dash, and there is minimal space behind there as well. Unless you want to trim to be pushed out some.

Also I say possibly hold off and see what 2SSRS comes with from the light tubes although I am worried they might be two thick, I do hope it works.
man don't apologize, your a pioneer of abl, thanx for the hard work. i can't change a lightbulb without instructions so i appreciate your efforts very much

I agree the dash dosn't have a lot of room behind there. 2SSRS and I talked. We are working together to find a way to do this!!!!!!

Getting the ABL to look like that pic will definately be too bright for driving. I can also imagine it'll be a lot more involved than just plug 'n' play since it's got the entire edge of the door panel lit and not just the top.

I'm very curious to see what y'all come up with though

Another model which uses the dash ABL is the new Buick Lacrosse, just another option to look at when looking for parts.

I think we have a winner! The ABL even appears to be the right color! I'm going to place my order for the buick parts now. The ABL isnt serviced seperately but the trim pieces that include it arent that much. I'll let you guys know how it goes. If you want to do the same here are the parts I'm ordering: 09071869 for the left side, 09074269 for the right side. List prices are $71.72 for the left and $91.71 for the right.

Funny, the new Lacrosse has it in the dash, but not the doors

Maybe having it in the doors was too distracting for driving at night!

They put it in the Buick, but not in the Camaro and then we get an explanation that it's going to be distracting. INCREDIBLE.

Ok...mod rant over.

back to your post reading.
