I don't think the BMR LCA's are a must for 17s but they give a lot more clearance I did the LCAs, toe and tie rods and bushings to help control wheel hop.

here's a link by Pro stock john on wheels and tires that fit our cars

Thanks bud. I have the bushings, toe and trailing complete. Just need to figure out the control arms to start peicing this together.

15 is going to hook up better then a 17 for sure in a drag racing and track racing situation.

On the street however a super aggressive 15 does have its drawbacks, highway speeds and higher rolls the car can or may feel floaty some setups may is feel wavey. 17's lets you keep your brakes and lower the car if you are into that and will provide very similar hook up on the streets. 17's also have a wider radial selection so you can pick out tires that last longer than 1-2k miles, again its subjective to what your goals are. imo 17's are more street setup friendly.

I did 18s on mine for a loooong time. Finally stepping up to 15s and a 29.5x10.50 tire now. For a sometimes racer not making 900+hp, keep the 17s or 18s. You'll save a ton of money and still be able to get good traction when you want to run it hard.
