Front Bumper Damage

So a while back my rubber guard on the front of my car decided it wanted to hang down and I didn't notice for a while.

Eventually one day as I was backing up out of my garage, I started to pull forward to drive away and it got caught under my tires and came off, along with part of my bumper.

Now my bumper gets caught on the cement blocks and has started to get pulled down.

I was curious where I can go to get a replacement.

And also, if I were to buy the GM Ground Effects body kit does that replace the bumper or is it just an addon?

try gmpartsdirect.com good prices .looks like all you need is the bumper cover.about an hour to get it off yourself..if you are handy take the new cover and get it painted and put back together yourself to save some money .its pretty easy .just what ever you take off from old one put back on new .

yes different site .cheaper also just cheack on how much there shipping will be some places rob the shit out of you.compare on shipping fees not bumper itself.
go to site enter year make type car. when it comes up scroll down to bumper and grille then it will come up as different parts. push bumper cover then ss .it should be there at 277.00 estimate shipping is 33 dollars .i guess depends where you live .
