On a side note , I managed to fit in a pretty big job on my car. After starting two jobs, I was pretty busy and neglected my car for some time. I did the value guard system, iron x, clay. And topped with menzerna sealant.
Car looks great but the sealant is lacking the water bead factor. I applied it thin using machine. Not sure if that was the reason ?
Thin via machine is the proper way. Keep in mind not all product will bead up. The best ones will actually sheet the water off without creating beads that sit on the paint.

What is the behavior of the water? Is it pooling on the paint or is it sheeting off without beading?

Parked outside the water gathered in small pools, once gathered up, it would sheet off.

That sounds ok to me. I'd rather have water sheeting off than sitting on the paint in beads. That leads to water spotting.

Makes sense. I want to apply a second cost. Didn't have time that day.
By the way, how's everything with you ? Been awhile since we last spoke.

Everything going well. Work is insane right now. We just went live on the healthcare exchange so my life has been a nightmare trying to implement it from the IT side.

Got a rockin deal on this because of a police discount and my buddy works at the club.

I picked up the AR, Delton Sport A3. 3 pmags. Case. Vortex strikefire II optic (red dot). 200 rounds ammo. And they threw in a free S&W backpack. Walked out spending $900.

My buddy is going to give me an extra set of 6" rails he has in exchange for a nice steak dinner. Will determine what sling I want after that. Will look into a light attachment down the road also..

I see. Yeah. We get to fire those for our deployment prep. Are you a police officer?
