Would a 295/30zr21 tire fit on a 275/35zr21 rim?

I have the 21" factory rim upgrade and found a 295/30zr21 tire from continental. The fronts match (245/35zr21 on a 245/40zr21) with only a slight difference in height but the rears are off by 20 in width, so is that too much?

Theres no such thing as a 275 rim, you need to know your rim width not tire size.

what i meant by that is that is the original tire size, not the rim size.

They also match the height closer than the continentals. I wonder how the thread wear compares
