Check out the V6 section. Lots of information from people using it.

Just want to have the SS horsepower with V6 gas mileage, they said you can go up to a 150 shot without a problem if i got a 150 shot i would be AT 475HP in a V6 i think that be pretty awsome

I ran a 75 shot on my 2000 v6 bird, it made a very noticeable difference. Guess I'm going to have to do some reading on the new cars

As Gretchen said, there is much more info about this in the V6 forced induction section.

But you can pretty much safely run a 75 - maybe 100 shot on a stock tune.

A V6 member here with a 125 shot (I believe it was) and tires and not much else ran an 11.8 quarter mile. Pretty dang good if you ask me.

I've been using a 100shot for over 125 runs and no issues. I use the Nytrex Triple Threat system. I am happy with the results I get using it.
