You probably won't. Best you might do is just take them to a scrapyard and take whatever they give you. If not, keep them and look around in the classifieds in case anyone wants to buy some when they are going back to stock. But if you cut the tips off them, you're just better off selling them to the yard.

It's cause someone in here is looking to buy stock exhaust for a 2012. I posted on his thread I think he is in San Antonio. Would they even fit a 2012 coming from a 2011 Camaro.

Hey guys how is it going? Long time no post. Awesome this this thread is still going strong after I started it. I been too depressed to roam the site. Car has been in the shop. Getting a new engine

Yes, welded into the header. Needs to be pre cats.

***MAKE SURE it is mounted at the 10 o'clock or 11 o'clock position (if mounted on the driver side). IF you mount it at the 9 o'clock position OR any other position you run the risk of condensation building up and shorting our your wideband.

Good to know. In the future I was considering getting a AFR gauge when I get a tune and have more serious mods.

But does he want all of it or just the mufflers? And yes they'll fit, there's no difference from 2010-2013

Thanks bud! Might as well get it welded into my headers that I haven't installed yet

Yup. But make sure it is mounted at the correct angle. It can be tricky when the headers are not mounted on the engine. The reason why I stress this, is because it is easy to F it up. I speak from experience...

What does the angle have to do with it? Not arguing, I just don't know anything about this and want to know what to tell the shop that'll be doing it

Got a question for some of my V6 cohorts.

I'm a little concerned about how my car is running. I noticed that my average MPG was 21.1, yet the average MPH of the car was 47+ mph. It's not something that I normally worry about, but I decided to reset the comp and give it a check.

I was driving back from San Antonio and was doing about 75, on cruise control the whole way, and it only did 20.1 mpg. A6, with the car in drive. It also seemed that the car labored up a couple of the hills and even dropped down into 4th on one of them that wasn't all that steep.

I have a CAI intake, the 3/8 isolator, MRT v2's on the back, and a trifecta tune.

When i remote start the car, it almost sounds and acts like the 'ghost cam' is running, regardless of the settings on the cruise control.

As soon as i get it back from the body shop, i'm going to do a couple logs and send them to BNR and make sure that something isn't up with the original tune that got overlooked in the hustle and bustle of the big sale that i got the tune during.

all of this added up is making me wonder if it's time to start taking a harder look at the timing chains...
