Night racing at the CA Dragway in Fontana on Saturday 8/13.

Tech is at 12 noon. Racing from 2 - 10 pm.

$20 to race, $10 to watch. Kids free (under 10 I believe).

Can someone give me some advice on the helmet? I need to buy one cause they require it for 13.99 or faster cars. Looking at e-bay, there are a lot of M2005 Snell approved (which the autoclub dragway site states 2000 is necessary now, and 2005 as of 2012), but does the M stand for motorcycle? Does it matter if I use a M2005, or does it have to be SA2005?

As long as it's snell approved. That is all that matters.

Last time I went there was only one other 5th Gen. Camaro, lots of stangs and REAL SLOW Challengers (even the Hemis were only pulling 15's).
All the rice burners were slow as Hell !!!

. I was just there two weeks ago on 7/30 with MatchbookSS and a couple other C5 fellas.

I probably won't be there till 5ish. N

The M does stand for motorcycle but it is still good for running there. The 2000 will expire at the end of this year. Go with a 2005 or better yet a 2010 and you will not have to worry about getting a new one for many years to come.

What are you mods and is yours stick or auto?

Very few stock Camaros are in the 13's so you may not need a helmet.

I was there running 12's but don't have nitrous.
