Just curious about people that went to the previous Fests, on your way did your group come across with others groups? If yes did they combine or each group stay separate?

Last year, we started with a small group (5 cars) out of Jacksonville, NC...By the time we stopped in Ohio (at the Holiday Inn for the layover) we had over 25 cars in our group...just picked up along the way! It was great!

The big groups sometimes draw unwanted attention from our Law and Order friends........as the Camarovan from Mid Atlantic did in 2012! They were picking us off and having a jolly time. The folks in the back of about 150 cars were having a tough time working the accordion effect! All in all... a great experience!

We've had some of the best experiences meeting up with other CamaroVans.

At Fest 1 traveling I10 to GA late at night a large group just started mixing in with our cars. Total surprise! Especially when I saw the exact license plate I have from another state pull in front of me. We've been friends ever since.

Fest II we had meet up spot at the Hotel 1st night with a buffet around the pool where others came and joined in.

Fest III - Smoke and his crew jumped in and we all went to the Corvette Museum an got some cool pics there.

Fest IV - TBD.. it's always something different..

I had to work last year and pasted 2 different groups heading to Indy, when I was going the other direction. I wanted to cry. But let me tell you that is was an awesome site to see from the "other" side of the window. I think one group had about 18-20 cars in it, and it looked badass as they were rolling hot.

Last year from nec5 there was three of us that started in Hartford ct. Then in Ohio there were so many I couldn't count. At one point Jill (my daughter ) and I were leading the Camaro van into Indy. It was so incredible to see a line that long following behind.
Sucking that I won't make this year but there is always next year.
For any that are going you are going to have a great time and I envy you all.
