I think I'm going to try these when I get around to painting my cover.

I think you will need a really steady hand for those as once they stick (if not straight) I wonder if you can pull them off and re-apply?.

I think if you use the blade of an exacto knife under a corner instead of your fingers to apply them it will be pretty easy. Then clear coat over them.

I have the CF version of those on my cover. They come in 4 sections, each with half the letters for each side pre-spaced on a strip of clear/see through 'front' sheet. If you remove the backing, the letters will line up and press them into place. After you remove the front sheet, you can use an exacto knife to make fine adjustments if needed. My hands aren't as study as they used to be and it was a PIA; but if you take your time, it'll turn out great.

Cool, that came out nice. I'm wondering if they automatically send a red "V8" when you order the black lettering.

Those all look great, you guys must have some pretty steady hands. I don't think I could do that.

You can buy a paint pen at Hobby Lobby or Michaels to do the chevrolet letters then clear coat over the top. Not really that hard at all

here is what I have done so far. I just added a Rotofab cold air custom painted to car color just did not get a updated pic before I covered car,

Repainted entire area because color was off. Got the car color perfect now. Added a strut bar that I custom painted and added 2SS. Got a Stainless mirror nameplate for engine cover. Painted fuse box,dip stick and few other things you can see.

Really looks sweet with the painted rotofab CAI. Just in time for this weeks car show Saturday

Looks great! Last summer I painted mine also and I think it turned out pretty good also. It was the first time I painted anything like this. For the letters I used liquid mask.

I really like all of these. I'm going to have to try this.

How many cans of spray paint did you need for the fuel rails? just one?

Here's mine and I added stainless bolts for looks but later I decided I like it better without it.

These all look fantastic; Here's mine so far ... The black portions of the cover have been painted a dark pearl graphite gray
