Does anyone have picture of a ashen grey camaro with the gloss black single center stripe? Similar to the zl1? Preferably a 2014 model

I bought these. Waiting for a warm day to get them on. They are going on my 2013 Rally Yellow SS2.

I totally appreciate everyone posting their stripes in this thread. I like to think the best was saved for last so here's my ride. I've only owned her for 9 weeks but just installed the red stripes on April 2. I personally thought the Blue Ray Metallic paint was too impressive to cover up with wide rally stripes (even though I love them on everyone else's Camaros), so I ultimately piece-mealed a bunch of other ideas from all of your posts!! Thank you all for sharing - I'm honored to contribute!!

Hi guys I need advice. Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong spot...I'm new.
This is my car. I've been contemplating lately about putting some white stripes on the hood. I saw this picture online and want it to look just like this (forgive me, I believe I saw this on your site. Just consider it a complement). How much money do you think it would cost to paint them on? If it's over $1000 then would using a decal be a better option? I know they don't age very well but I figured replacing them for several hundred every 5-6 years is better than paying over a grand on a permanent option. If I do go through with the decal option where would be a good place to buy from? On the other hand.... I'm a busy person so having stripes painted on would mean I probably wouldn't have a car for a couple days...which is bad. I also live in Arizona, the car sits outside more than I'd like it to be. It's outside in the heat 20 hours in a given week. Not sure how long the decal would be able to withstand the Arizona heat. What do you guys think I should do? One Sick ABM's Stripes
I had a local dealer put these stripes on my car shortly after I purchased the car in 2009. Please let me know what you think.

I am going to get them painted on when they start to peel off. Maybe before that. I would rather get that, rather than pay $350 every time they peel off. Plus they have to be placed on right, because if it is off center you're f'ed. I am surprised; they have been on since I ordered it in 2011 and they are not even bubbling or coming up at the edges yet which I kind of expected by now. Good on GM!!! So far so good with the heat, maybe the heat adheres them better. |

R2 D2 Camaro?
Hey guys,
I currently own a 2014 RS and have put matte black hood spears, fender hashes, and gills. I'm thinking about changing all those to blue and make it R2 D2 themed. What do you guys think about this? I would also add a rocker side panel stripe on both sides of course. And if I do go with this should I keep hood spears or go with rally stripes? And which name has the best ring to it? "R2-RS" or the full "R2-D2 RS"? Any advice is welcome. Thanks in advance. |

I personally like the R2-D2 RS. And I love the blue. Still trying to figure out what kind of stripes to put on my 13 SS, what type, color, and where to buy. No luck so far. Good luck with your 14, please post a pic if you do it, would love to see it completed.
