Help! 125mph max??? No freaking way...
Hello! I have a 2010 SS/LS3. Long story short- pedal to the medal. However, I was greatly disappointed. I Don't know if I was doing it wrong but my car maxed out at 125mph!!!!! I was so confused... I barely have any mods on my car either, mostly bolt-on's. Please help me find an explanation!!!

My mods:
Airraid CAI
Magnaflow catback exhaust system w/x-pipe
High flow mid pipes w/cats
Monster Clutch Stage 2

yeah, im pretty sure its governed to like 153 or 155 mph.

don't know how, but you were definitely doing it or something wrong.....

Are you tuned? If yes, I'd suspect there was something wrong with your tune.

If not, 2010's ARE limited to 155, sooooo.

Edit: maybe messed up speedo?

Here in Sweden they put into a chip that provides about 60 hK more! and the chip will also remove the speed limit...

Maybe your missing a couple gears in your transmission.

What gear were you in 5th & 6th are both overdrive and will slow you down.

Thinking the same thing. If you have a manual and you tried the run in 6th that's why you failed. Other than that something has to be wrong with your car.
