I'm going no matter what. If enough of y'all are interested then we should also get the Lone Star gang to join us.

Here is more event info. It looks like either Saturday or Sunday will be the most exciting days (top fuel, funny car, pro stock, etc.)

Okay I did some research and here's what I came up with... Now it's up to you all to decide what you want to do this Saturday 07/02.

If we meet at the new Mall in Tyler near TX Toll Rd 49 & 69 (Broadway) it will take us about 45-50 minutes to get to the TX St Railroad Park (34 miles)

If we meet at I-20 & 69 in Lindale it will take us about 1 hr. & 25 minutes to get to the show in Hughes Springs. Both shows registration starts at 8:00am.

The Rusk show all proceeds go to the 4-H & Youth Development of Cherokee County, cost is $20.00. It will be judged by judges except one award is participant judged (by us). This includes a day pass to all activities and the concert that night. In addition, you can sign up to be food judge at no charge; they have different categories of food to be judged every hour. Meet at 7:15am and head that way by 7:30.

The Hughes Springs Show all proceeds go to the Post 531 American Legion (69 Miles), the cost is $25.00. The awards are chosen by our votes which means we need to be there at 8:00 because everyone starts voting as soon as they get there (which some be showing up around 7:00-7:30am) We would probably need to meet in Lindale around 6:30 and head that way by 6:45am. LET ME KNOW ASAP SO WE CAN PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

Okay, were going to the car show in Rusk. Meet at 7:15am and head that way by 7:30. Let's meet at Dairy Queen at the new Mall in Tyler near TX Toll Rd 49 & 69 (Broadway) it will take us about 45-50 minutes to get to the TX St Railroad Park. Registration starts at 8:00am. Hi all,

We're going to meet at Hastings in Tyler (4015 S Broadway, Tyler Texas 75701) at 7:30 and head to the show no later than 7:45am it will take about 15 or 20 minutes to get there and registration starts at 8:00. Show starts at 9:00 and ends at 1:00.

Address for the car show is 801 East Main Street, Whitehouse Texas. If you're wanting to meet us there let me know so we can save you a spot if possible or plan on being at the corner of Hwy 110 & FM 346 around 8:00 and follow in with the camarovan!
