Our first meet and greet and cruise as the Camaro Club of New Mexico.

Sorry this is late notice

. The newly formed Camaro Club of New Mexico is getting together so that we can get to know each other and show off our cars.

This will be a great opportunity to assemble our "groups" and combine our efforts to have fun with our Camaros. The more the merrier!

We are going to meet at the Hilton on University (at the Big I) at 10:00 AM, Saturday (tomorrow), Dec 11, 2010.

From there, folks are going to cruise out to the Route 66 Casino. At Route 66, they are going to have an area of the parking lot roped off for us.

Should be fun. I'd like to see (actually require

) all of the local Camaro5 members to show our support for this great new club. Alot of exciting things are being planned, especially, as the weather warms up.

Had I known earlier, I would have put in for a resked this weekend for Reserve Drill. Bummer not getting the heads up in time.

Please get some of the newbs to get active here and post up if you can so that most everyone can be on the same page and we can get some REAL participation going on.

Yeah, it was a bit of a short notice (we didn't find out until this past Thurs). Everyone is anxious to get the club going.

The plan is there will be a meet and greet/cruise every last Sunday of the month (starting in Jan). So, there will be many more opportunities.

If you can make, that'll be awesome. See you there!

Not too bad for a short notice event there were 14 camaros, all 5th gens except 1 cruzed out 40 to Rt. 66 casino and had lunch at Johnny Rockets

Great Pics Howard and Audrey! Sorry we couldn't make it....believe it or not this bug has still got me down for the count! Today was the first day that I have moved around some! I have to go to work tomorrow...so I have a feeling I will hanging low for another week or so. I will try and go on the next cruise of meet and greet!
