suprising fuel economy

I was shocked, just drove to Bowling Green to the Corvette Museum, with Mast camshaft, full exhaust and headers, the kicker to all of it is the 4:10 gears. Average speed was 73.4 mph, a couple of stints over 140 mph. I managed 23.4 mpg. Damn I love this car.

Not bad at all. Avg. Speed 73.4!!! That's awesome.
