The Gumball 3000 and American Gumball Rally
Has anyone ever participated in the European Gumball 3000 or the US Gumball rally? I'm interested in signing up next year.
It's essentially a 3000 mile road trip. Here's the US version. http://www.americangumballrally.com/ If so, please share your experience. |

A guy I know participated in the gumball rally. I heard nothing but positive things. I think I'll end up participating in a couple years.

There is a guy on Corvetteforum that did it with his Lambo Merci and loved it. I have heard nothing bad about it.

I'd love to do that! I can't afford to do it though, that would set you back a good bit I'm sure by the time the trip was over. That would be the best possible thing you could do as a car nut! Good luck to you.

I never did the Gumball Rally but have done 3 road rallys with a group called Rally North America. 2011 - Winchester, VA. to Charlston, SC. (Track time at Darlington) 2012 - Indianapolis IN. to Fort Walton Beach FL. (Track Time at Taladaga) 2013 - Watkins Glen NY. to ST. John Canada (Track time at Watkins Glen AWESOME!!!) I had an amazing time on all three. Each only like 1000 to 1100 miles but really great time. Total cost of aprox $2000 with hotels and fees
