This is how I have the clean side, the line goes behind the washer fluid bottle and hooks to the intake tube. I don't like how the line is routed right now but nothing I can really do about it.

The engine has tried to stall multiple times but hasn't. Right before it usually stalled the RPM'S would hang on 800 and the engine would have a weird sound. The rpm dip is still there but the Mustang has a dip in rpms also. I'm using the time that stalled a lot right now, its my best tune though since the AFR is almost perfect.

Also found out why my wideband is no longer working, when the tire place lifted the car the lift pushed on my cats and it pushed the sensor into the transmission support. My fault for placing it at a bad angle.

Been driving the Camaro most of the week after the temps got above freezing, zero stalls on the tune that would stall all the time. My catch can is now mostly catching oil, the first few times I had to get the oil temp above 220 ℉ to get any water out of the oil which there was some.

Unfortunately I either got bad gas from a station or the Plenum Spacer I removed really controls knock on a boosted application. Before when I was running E10 91 octane from a no-name store with the Plenum Spacer I had 4 degrees of knock retard @ 6000+ RPM. Now with 100% 91 octane gas from conoco and no plenum spacer I am getting 8 degrees of knock retard @ 3000 RPM and it gets worse. I had 17 degrees of timing, now I have 11 degrees, a lot of power sapped away. Will be filling up at my old gas station to see if it was the gas.

Also, the BF Goodrich Sport Comp2's have been awesome, 30℉ weather and wet roads I still had traction.

I didn't realize you were running a plenum spacer (and IM insulator too, correct?).

I'll be interested in the results of your next tank of gas as well.

Have you already done a "with&without" comparison on the IM insulator?
I've been holding off on re-installing my Ice-o-lator and would love to see some hard data on that...

I had both on when I made my best pass of 13.4 @ 106.9 but I still had 4 degrees of knock retard. I'm going to see if the plenum spacer increases or decreases the knock retard now when I get the new tank of gas.

For the IM spacer, I have it RTV'd to the cylinder head, can't really take it off. I know I don't have any boost leaks though from that area. I feel like it makes a difference when its climbing to boost range, the IM spacer best gains were at 3000, right when the boost starts building up for the supercharger. Up top where the supercharger is strong it didn't do anything.

My knock retard before this tank of gas would get worse as the boost built up, from 1 to 2 to 4 degrees at redline. If the plenum spacer isn't causing the knock retard, I'm going to go to Denso ITV24 plugs, 2 steps colder than the stock plugs. Currently I'm running Denso ITV22 plugs, 1 step colder. Both the ITV22 and ITV24 are gapped @ 0.032" stock, so no modification required.

Glad the Catch can is working for you, how's the fresh line being plumbed to the SC inlet? I have quite a bit of frothy sludge at the nipple of the valve cover.

Pictures of it on the previous page, but I just run the stock line straight to the IPF intake tube port.

Sorry, to clarify I meant to ask if there was any sludge since routing the fresh line to the SC inlet.

Edit: Figured out my set up, finally.

I just went out and pulled off the line to the intake tube. Put my finger in the line and came out dry. Good to go.

Got my normal E10 gas in the car and did q datalog after 70 miles. The car had 2 gallons left of the E0. I will have to make a spreadsheet with all the data when I am done but I am glad I did not sale my plenum spacer.

Engine is still pulling 9 degrees of timing at 3000 RPM's without the plenum spacer. Same tune with the plenum spacer had 0 degrees of timing pulled. Discuss.....

I believe Jay @ Mace said the plenum spacer would also do good on FI cars, but beyond that, I don't know anymore than that. Would seem logical...

Got the Plenum spacer re-installed, but my knock retard is still out of whack. Also, my AFR @ 6000+ RPM's is now 13:1 instead of 11.5:1 from before. Going to install V60C1D tune which runs pig rich on my car, see if that helps. Don't know what is going on.

Still have knock retard on a pig rich tune. V60C1D runs great till 5000 then misfires. Think I might be getting false knock, might be from the clean side beer can hitting the valve cover.
