So it makes even more sense to drive drunk, speed, and run red lights????? Because you weren't already taking enough risks???

Usually the drunk driver doesnt realise what traffic laws hes breaking. He thinks hes driving fine.

i'm saving these pictures, very happy to hear about your wife and sorry to hear about your car.

The amazing thing i like in these pictures is look at how intact the cabin is. i mean that looks like a pretty nasty collision but the structural integrity of the camaro's cabin remains. neat. again really sorry about your car.

Ouch. I hate to see that. Sorry about the car, but glad your wife is OK.

One of my cousins was killed by a drunk driver.

Unfortunately, it doesn't take a drunk to run a red light. Hardly a day goes by that I don't see someone run a red light. People risk their lives and others to save a minute.

Wow! And she was only bruised. This makes me feel safer; I'm glad she is ok, but feel for the camaro.

These camaros seem to crunch up pretty good and keep the occupants safe. The only thing is when the crunch the car is totaled. Have you notice the wheels seem to almost break off?

Horrible crash! Very sorry about the car, but it looks like it did a fantastic job of protecting your wife. That is one hard hit!

Glad to hear your wife is OK. The Camaro's cabin looks good; well designed for frontal crash. I run these crash simulations for a living and I know GM have a great bunch of crashworthiness and occupant safety engineers worked on their cars. They were one of the earliest adopters of crash simulations technology (computer simulations) to design their cars back in the mid 80's.
