I am just about to burst. I bought my Camaro yesterday and I pick it up today at 5pm.
2011 SS2 Convertible. I have been hunting for this Camaro for a while. A good friend of mine bought the v6 LT bumble bee version in 2010 as a gift to him and his wife in 2010 and ever since Dave let me drive it, I knew that I wanted a camaro. To bring it full circle Dave is driving me in his Camaro today to pick up my new ride. The only shitty part is to get my wife mind off this wait until christmas bullshit! LOL I thought the only concession I had to make was it had to be automatic. For me, Auto or stick never really mattered. I've owned both over the years in cars. It was price/color/SS2 that mattered to me. I never dreamed it would include a convertible. I have been a long time camero5 forum lurker since the release of the 2010 Camaros and they started showing up at the Local car clubs. The only pics I have at the moment are from the dealer. I will post some better pics once the weather gets better and I have had time to really detail the car. I can't wait to hit the car shows/clubs this summer and me and my wife are planning on doing some Camero Cruises in Oshawa, since we are not that far away in the Kingston, Ontario area.

AbsoluteMayheM, CONGRATS on the new ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands, girlfirends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.
 oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here. Welcome!!

Here it is all home. New portable garage up. And the Yellow LT that started my Camaro craze. Now I just need some good warm weather for detailing!
