To take this from another angle, would you beat down a 65 yr old senior citizen? If I connected with his jaw at my age, he might not get up again. He's almost like a woman at that point, i'd put my hands up and block. I'm not hitting a guy that's 65.

Childress is a caveman and he's getting fined 150K for it.

Have you folks forgotten how the Dale drove? I love the way Kyle drives and I am no fan. I am a Stewart fan and I am not happy with his kinder gentler approach to racing, notice he is no longer winning. Bring back the bruiser type of racing. Where have the Irvans and Earnhardts of the days of real racing gone. This polite racing sucks! Nascar needs its bad boys.

I Agree 100%--he crashes you even when hes much faster--watched a truck race last year and he crashed the leader with 2 laps to go and didnt even get called to the NASCAR trailer--he gets away with it all the time--I'm with RC and his way of TCB --and the fine was way excessive IMO

I don't care if he drives aggressively, but he needs to stop whining every time he gets wrecked when it's usually something stupid that he did to cause it.

Plus he has a history of just being plain immature towards other drivers and NASCAR officials.

I'm not sure how Dale is relevant here, as he's been dead for more than 10 years (in large part because of his over-aggressive driving BTW). It's not polite racing that sucks, it is NASCAR racing that sucks. In fact, NASCAR is the opposite of polite racing. Though I agree, they need these controversies and wreck fests to keep people watching, since the racing lately sure as hell hasn't been entertaining enough to keep people watching.

The best racing during prime-time on Friday and Saturday nights isn't NASCAR, it's the quarter and third mile ovals an hour's drive or less from where I live. The guys there put on a way better show than NASCAR usually does, and they do it without smashing the hell out of eachother, and without race control attempting to engineer outcomes. Now that is REAL racing.
