Everything is not covered, there is a ton you can still bring. This list is what people are bringing, not what's needed. No need to bring but if you want just pick something you like or feel the group will like.

ok so the meet and BBQ was posted 7 fingers ago, but weve had people ask questions about the club that nobody got back to until Teresa messaged them back. AND THAT WAS OVER 14 FINGERS AGO...LOL. FB is suppose to be a link for people to get ahold of us just like C5, but if nobody is responding back then its pointless to have it as a form of communication when theres NO communication...RIGHT??? Is there one specific person that's suppose to be monitoring this? If not then Teresa said she would handle it for us.

There isn't anyone specific assigned to doing that. I've responded to people before and I've seen others do it as well. Apparently someone was missed.

I think it would be good for the membership director to do it but the first person that see's it whether they are on the board or not should respond.

Yes...we have a 4.5 acre retention pond that is completely dry. We could play Polo if modern brings his horses. LOL
