It's probably one of their open High Performance Driving Experience days.

Do you have to take one of their mini classes first? Is there a pace car? I'm curious as to how it works it doesn't say much about how it goes once you're on the track besides the cw or ccw.
It looks like TONS of fun and it's right in San Marcus. I want to go.

The first link (above the video) is to sign up and who is "sponsoring" the track for the day--Velocity Adventures. No pace car. You drive with an instructor then drive alone once they feel you are ok. My wife has been twice as both times I have signed up I had to go out of town on business. She loves, drives like she wants it (the video is from one of her runs solo) and recommends it to make you a better driver. You do have to have your car inspected if it has over 15,000 miles (may need to double check that with Velocity Adventures).
Here is main page for Velocity And again the sign-up sheet

It's actually pretty reasonable since you are getting instructions and just not drive as badly as you can . It's a fairly safe environment to learn the limits of your car and your driving ability....

Do you have to pay an annual fee and then Monthly fees as well? I can't figure out what the cost will be. It's confusing.

No! It's a one time deal for this one day session. $180 + inspection if needed.
