For those of you running quick/fast, axles / ds? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Just want to do a rough poll on who's running what axles and driveshaft combos to hold up to mid 11's and quicker.

Please list LS3/L99, Axles, Driveshaft (if any) and any other driveline mods you've done to withstand the launches. Also, listing 60' would be helpful.

I am running nittto 305's, richmond 4:10's, and hendrix axles. (300M axles.) i am still on the the stock driveshaft because I have not found one yet. does anyone know who makes them yet. Oh yeah and I am running ~800 RWHP

I just ran a 10.99 with a 1.6 60' on M & H dr's and every drivetrain part is stock.

That is a graet time for sure.Im sure you know your on borrowed time,ive had one lady with a cam only break axles in a six speed,unfortunatly these axles are pretty sad.When your ready let us know,if your at the fest come buy our truck and check them out first hand.

Do you guys warranty the axles at all?

Yes,and we have several cars with over a 1000rwhp leaving the line with a transbreak....I wouldnt recomend that with a lesser axle...If you have any questions feel free to give me a call 980-521-0722

Mark_P - what times are you running now ? Do you have times before/after the 4.10 swap ? I've been asking but haven't seen ET changes due to gears alone.

sorry I was at the track to get some times before the swap and it started raining. I haven't made a pass since the new motor went in. So I will not have any direct comparisons with and without gears. I wouldn't expect much better times with my car because of the HP its making. On stock cars though I could see a substantail gains as they do not get off the line very good in stock form.
