Could have been worse
Rode home last night in a feirce thunderstorm, including some pretty washed out roads.
Made it home in one piece. and......... Woke up to a flat tire this morning. Spiked in two spots- ruined. Question- jacking points are were defined, but nearly impossible to get to with the trunk jack and handle when you have a flat tire. Luckily, I had a small jack in the garage that was better suited for the task. Is there a secret to this? Trying to find a source for the tire was a challenge. Its on order at the dealer, and should be in tomorrow AM. Dealer Service still hasn't called back to confirm they can throw it on the rim for me. Life goes on......and I ride to work today in a lowly 2009 Cobalt. |
