Ok, here is my dilema. My lease on my 2006 CTS expires October 2009. I would rather wait and order sometime around June, 2009. However, do you guys think there will be availabilty then? Also, if I waited GM usually offers jump ahead on leases which would play in better. What are your thoughts and thanks in advance.

Order. GM has pull aheads, and leases are not helping them. They'd really like you out of your lease.

Not a guarantee they'll have one, because nothing is for sure!

Ok, but if I order now and the car is delivered in April, 2009, the pull ahead will be useless and I'll be stuck with the CTS til October 2009 correct?

no you can just pay the payments owes and drop it off, or if pullahead is available, which is normally 3 months then you would only be responcible for a payment or 2.

I was in the same dillema. I went ahead and got my silverado with about 3 months go on my lease. GM usually has a running 2 month pull ahead for any new GM vehicle. They sometimes (during the summer especially) have a six month pull ahead. Even if they don't, you can take your remaining months, subtract 2, then multiply it by about 75% of your lease payment. Thats what it would cost to pull ahead. 2 things to consider. I did this 3 months ahead of my turn in date, and my dealer COVERED my pull ahead fee. I didn't pay a dime. Secondly, they had a $2000 incentive to turn in a lease and buy a car. So even if you had to pay $1000 in pull ahead fees, you'd still come out ahead. Just food for thought...
