I'm finding that trend, as well.

Normally - I don't care for black wheels. Honest!! But something about these.......I don't know if it's the shape....or the metallic look the paint has...whatever it is - they are GORGEOUS to look at!

EDIT: It could also be the "racey" feel they have to look at.

Polished, they really set the car off. Black looks well... just dirty and from any distance you can't see what it's like. Plus living in a northern climate where almost everybody runs black steelies for winter tires, from a distance black wheels give a car that ' cheap ass wheel for winter use' look.

Black look meaner, on #480 and I love them. Polished are nice but I think polished 5-spoke wheels are played out. I have had both black and polished on vehicles in the past.

I must still be in transition, I chose polished with exposed hood.

Black wheels on a black car is just too much black for me. I'll be ordering a Black Vert but I'll be going with the polished wheels.

black. the silver section in the polish spoils it on an ashen gray car. the wheels either need to be chrome or black IMO whith that color.

I hate silver painted wheels for some reason I never like them and the five spokes are silver painted with just a tad of polish. I like the ten spokes better than the 5's as well. If I wanted polished or chrome I would just do that to the ten spokes after delivery.

Black stands out to me, and from a distance screams ZL1. The polished are not bad, but from a distance, for a second your like SS with new wheels?

The black ones are the ones that will be on the 1LE, so the car looks that much more like the 1LE. I personally love both, but liked the 5 spoke better. I will powdercoat them black tho so best of both worlds.
