Actually the most attractive part to me was the smaller more aggressive rear view mirrors. Also notice the gas cap is positioned like the old school chargers.

if they have this 2012 car, which if true, is more like it, then why are they wasting our time and money on this poser of a vehicle and calling it transformer?? talk about decepticons!!

Hmm, i like the console emblem, the wheels, the autobot badges on the sides and the sill plates, but the rally stripes and the transformers wording on the hood... i could do without.

I'd get it for just the top 4 and then get it sunrise (or sunset) yellow with painted high gloss over the hood stripes.

I imagine if you look at the bumblebee from the first movie, it is more closer to what they did, and of course...money. Having a friend that has loved transformers since the 80's, he informed me that the autobots are trying to be hidden, so they wouldn't advertise like the way that the bumblebee package does. The only put the autobot logo where the stock factory logos would be.

I want to meet the first person who buys one of these and puts one of those programable horns underneath of it and records the "transforming sound effect" and plays it back each time he hits the button...THAT would be cool - and uber Geeky (sorry)

So, Thor is already wearing his Transformers badges? Cool! # 1!!!

When it comes to the stripes, I think most of us would like to see the glossy, or even the satin being an option, but even more so I think we like the extended length seen on Bumblebee.

I think this will sell very well, and every Camaro we get out on the road benefits the longevity of the over all program.

One thing, when I just mentioned this option package being official to a friend who has very limited interest, he asked about the emblem in the center of the steering wheel. In the original movie this was a prominent part on the '76 model. I think it should be part of this package as well.... as i said before, its the little things.

Speaking of stripes. I went to a flea market in NY this past weekend and someone was driving a yellow Colorado SS with rally stripes. The yellow didn't even look like rally yellow, but i can't be 100% sure about that because i haven't seen a yellow one in person. The yellow that this colorado SS had looked bumblebee-ish. However the stripes didn't look matte black at all.. almost looked painted. Not too familiar with the SS Colorado though.

In any case, wouldn't you be able to just buy these emblems through GM parts? I mean what if you bought one and you got into a "god forbid" wreck and you needed replacement autobot decals or sill stripes? Or what if you parked way out and someone door dinged your emblem straight off LOL.

I wish I'd kept a low production car from when I was younger; The California Special Mustangs come to mind. They're prize finds now!
Yeah I dont think a few decals and emblems will do this, you need something more than this. Different engine, body parts, etc.
