Adams Waterless Wash Strange Color

So I just got a gallon of Adams Waterless Wash, and I noticed that the color is different then my existing 16oz bottle. The color seems more grey and less of a vibrant blue like I am used to seeing. Did the product change, or is there something wrong with my gallon?

Sounds to me they shipped their old stuff that would lose its scent and turn grey.

I could be wrong though, havn't tried it in a long tiime.

We've gone back to the organic/biodegradable dye again, just a slightly more stable version. The one drawback is the color can vary a tad from one batch to the next, don't sweat it - the color has nothing to do with how it works, purely aesthetics.

The synthetic dye costs more and isn't readily biodegradable, so rather than raise the price to compensate or have the product be less than 100% environmentally friendly we just changed the dye.

Makes sense. Thank you everyone for confirming, and thank you Dylan for keeping your products priced right.

No problem... also, for the record (in case anyone is wondering) our glass cleaner has recently had the same update as well. Keeps rising prices in check (man made dyes rely on petrochemical additives which are impacted by the price of oil) the only downside is the color variations.
