I ordered mine on Monday. 2SS/RS Synergy green with black leather int and sunroof. Production date in Aug 9/10 and dealer said I will have it in the middle of sept. Then it goes in for 2 tone paint black on top and black Street Scene ground effects b4 I bring it home. I cannot wait!!

Today while the wife was doing a little shopping at the mall I killed a little time by looking at cars. I was suprised to see a 2010 Synergy Green Camaro sitting on a lot and found out it was a used car that only had 1100 miles on it. When the wife was done shopping we went and drove a 2011 Mustang 5.0, then went to drive the Synergy Green Camaro and a SS. Of the 3 I liked the SS the most, but the wife fell in love with the Synergy Green. I love it to, but I really want the SS and told the salesman that I wish the Synergy Green came in the SS. The wife is now mad because I don't want the V-6 and did not think I would even make an offer on it. I did a little searching tonight and I now find that the Synergy Green if available on the 2011 SS. The salesman either did not know this, or he did and was just trying to sell me a car because he knew my wife wanted it. Tomorrow I will be calling my normal Chevy dealership and get more info and may be looking into a Synergy Green SS.

p.s. The new Mustang 5.0 is nice, but being I am physically unable to drive a 6-speed, I have to get the automatic. The SS in the manual mode is so much better then Fords automatic. And Yes, this was the first Mustang I ever drove and my last.

I was on the fence about synergy green..... UNTIL YESTERDAY! I am amazed how different the color looks in person. Pictures do it noooooo justice! You really need to see one on a nice sunny day.... just sayin!

My heart goes out to those that bought a car that they were told was going to be a limited edition, heck that happened to me as well with our 2004 Monte Carlo Dale Jr Signature Series SS that my wife drives, they told me that it was a limited edition and to a point it was but it wasn't going to make much of a price difference unless I hold onto it for thirty years and just mothballed it in a storage shed.
My wife was never going to get rid of it until this morning when she spotted the synergy green camaro in person.
I was rather bummed at the beginning of this year when I started to get serious over this new Camaro because knowing my future purchase date would not have allowed me the chance of getting a synergy edition car, but now I am really happy with Chevies choice to continue this color(sorry synergy diehards) it give those of us another chance to get one. Now if only I can get my order in before they discontinue the color.

But congratulations to those that bought the Aqua Blue. Yours will be the "real" limited edition, as well as the most beautiful, color. That's the color my wife and I really wanted. When I showed my wife pictures of the SGM she called it "icky". All I can say is SGM reminds me of the green on a VW Beetle and it doesn't even look very good on it either. These are just my lousy opinions.

It does look good in person, IMO its the best color as of now to own..
I might trade my 2010 IBM A6 SS in for a 2011 SGM 6SP SS its sooooo nice

I placed my order for a 2011 2SS M6, Black Leather interior, with Synergy Green paint and Cyber Grey Metallic Rallye stripes this morning!

The Sales Mgr gave me a copy of his workbench order, and it is definitely at 1100. He assures me allocation acceptance next Thursday.

Now it feels official!

I checked within 300 miles of me and there are 11 Synergy Green SS Camaros at status 33/3400 and 1 at status 4300 that is invoiced. A 1SS M6 with CG stripes and a sunroof. $33,490 MSRP.
