Exclamation New Kraftwerks Rotrex Supercharger kit! Lots of info inside!

Kraftwerks has fairly recently released their new kit for the 5th Gen V8 Camaro. This kit uses a Rotrex centrifugal supercharger.

They can put out 650+ whp with e85 and smaller pulley so no slouch!

These also come with a cogged belt/pulley system so there is no worry with belt slip!

Kraftwerks is fairly new to the domestic market. They have been big in the import market for these supercharger kits for years now with great results!

We have sold hundreds of Kraftwerks kits to the import crowd so far.

Kraftwerks' sister company, Grams Performance, has also recently released a set of off road long tube headers which we commonly can bundle with the Kraftwerks supercharger kits.

I know there are some users on here already and some of you may already be familiar with these kits.

I do not work for Kraftwerks however I am one of their top authorized dealers so I thought I would join up on here and start spreading the word of this new awesome kit they have!

If you have any questions please post them up or shoot me a PM or email to sales@moddiction.com

You can view some more info on the kit on our website here

http://moddiction.com/kraftwerks/kra...i-2137224.aspx

As for pricing we are thinking of doing a group buy on here if there is enough interest. This could bring the cost way down! This would be posted in the vendor section though.

The kits all come with injectors as well and available with or without Diablosport.

Here are some pictures and info on the kit.

There is a small amount of feedback on the kit here

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...ght=kraftwerks

Kits are starting to move recently so there should be more and more feedback coming!

Dumb question.....
What happens if we already have a SCT tuner? Will it work?

It's about 50hp less than the ls3. The reason for that is that the ls3s top rpm is 6800 compare to the 6200 top rpm the l99 has. If one changes the cam keeping the VVT and increase the rpm by 600 the l99 will either make the same or a little more horsepower than the ls3 on the same boost. Engines with VVT make better horsepower with boost since the breath better.

So it looks as though the feedback available on what this kit can do for a stock L99 does not exist.

Pretty sure there are threads out there saying that stock L99 are around 500 rwhp (LS3 around 550) with this kit. Long term you're better of picking up a Procharger for a stock L99. The stock bottom end will do good with a p-1 or a d-1 and make more power than a rotex supercharger for not much more cash. Plus you leave yourself tons of opportunity to upgrade in the future... We always want more.
