Thursday NCM Event - Intermediate Group

Here is a video of the dry run that the intermediate group got. Speeds on the back two straights were around 125 and the front was around 130. I am still working on the other runs, but those were all wet runs. I still have quite a bit of time to knock off in some corners, but it was still a blast. Maybe next time I go to NCM I can get a full dry day cause this is the second time it has been raining. The first time I only got 2 sessions in.

Thanks to the CFest crew that put this on, it was a blast!

Thanks, the fastest lap I had was right about the 2:30 mark. I think I can get it down lower with street tires (running PSS), but need more seat time on the track. The fastest lap in the wet was around the 2:49 mark. I would just like a full day of dry runs.

Also, were you the red SS that was the lead car for the lead follow beginners? If so I have seen you out there before and you my friend are a heck of a driver.

thanks. honestly, if i had any advice i would give it, but your line is near perfect and you just need seat time. spend your cash on seat time. another couple of days and ill be pointing that beast by. next time your over there even if your not driving, hit me up early and ill take you out. id like to ride with you sometimes too. we could learn from each other. i learn from students all the time. even if they make a mistake and go somewhere they shouldnt, i sometimes think wow theres more grip over here than i thought.
dont worry about cranking it up either. i run my fastest laps when im just managing my stuff and hitting my marks.

Thanks, I only get to do 1 or 2 track days a year so I think the car right now has more in it, I just need more seat time on the track like you said. It will be next year before I get out again, but I'll keep my eye out for you. I usually run with 10/10ths.
