Should be June 26, 2015.
But I wouldn't wait till the last day. Do it as soon as possible.

I just read somthing saying it is moving to november,do to the release date of the 6th gen. In the past they had to retool the plant for the new model year. But since the 6th gen is being made somewhere else, then canada, has nothing to prepare for. So they will just build out the parts in stock. Which could be a benefit for the last ones, you could get a SS with a close ratio gear box or a free NPP.

No, they won't be taking orders into October.
Automakers have to buy their parts WAYYY ahead of time from their suppliers. All the parts they buy have to be sequenced. It's a well orchestrated machine. All of my local dealers AND Becky from Rodgers Chevy said 6/26.

Are you guys sure about this? So that means you can't have the build you want but can still purchase what is available in inventory?

Exactly. You cannot walk in and sit down with the dealer and order a 2015 Camaro. You have to settle for what's already on the shelf.

There might be an exception.
Some dealers MIGHT have some retail orders still available that they could use for a special order. For example, even after the special order window closed on the coupe back on June 25th, Becky (from Rodgers Chevy) said that she had a few retail orders available so that she could place a few more "special" orders. Don't know if she has any left. Your local dealer might have something similar to Becky. It's worth it to check it out.

I was wondering the same question
the guy at the dealer said 2 weeks. 7/20/15 they told me that it was the last day. I am not fond of the 2016 whatsoever. So I would rather have a 2015 if I have a chance.

I feel like the '16 design is schizophrenic. It looks great in some angles & lighting and downright awful in others. The following video illustrates my feelings on the '16 Camaro.

Anyways, what is a good deal on a 2015 1ss at this moment? I am looking at at a 1ss automatic with rs package. It is listed at 37,800 for the online price. This is without any rebates I believe. So it's possible that can be lowered. Is that a bad deal or decent? I can't find any below 38k unless they're 1ss manauls. |

1) What is your dealer(s) telling you? 2) Did you talk to Becky at Rodgers Chevy? I thought I was pretty clear in my response. There is no yes or no answer. You need to talk to your dealer or dealers. If you don't like what they have to say, then talk to Becky at Rodgers Chevy. Actually, you might just want to talk to her right off the bat and forego your local dealers. Here's the link to her user profile. You can PM her from there. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/member.php?u=11374
