problems with RPI designs

I've never had an issue with them and have ordered a lot from them until now and I'm very disappointed. I won $100 gift card thru their fb page so I ordered a header panel for 99.95 and a "Camaro" bag over a month ago. When I received the header panel, it was damaged. One end was completely bent, the box was undamaged so whoever put it in the box, knew it was damaged and sent it anyways. I called and spoke with Josh at RPI who told me to send him pics via email and I did. I told him I didn't want another one bc nothing in the ad said it required drilling and I did not want to drill in my car for that. I plan a reverse hood kit at some point and do not want stray holes in the car.

He said they don't do refunds but would offer a replacement. No biggie, that's fine with me. So I paid 20 bucks out of my own pocket to ship this damaged item back. He received it a few day later and asked what I wanted for a replacement. I sent him a link and the new item I wanted was more expensive then the header panel but said I'd pay the difference. Several emails later and a month of absolutely NO response from Josh,

I'm very disappointed in their lack of customer service and if this isn't fixed soon, will never use or recommend them again.

Definitely a terrible way to conduct business. Hopefully this situation works out in your favor Ang Sounds like they might need to refer back to their Customer service handbook !!

I ordered cabon fiber chevy logos for the front and back of my vehicle and after 2 months it started to bubble so I took it off my car right away. Some products are good.. some are bad. It was 99 down the drain.

Sent RPI a fb message on Friday. This morning Renee messages me assuring me that Josh will be contacting me today. Well guess what? Its 6pm their time, business closed and NO word from anyone.

I was very displeased with the painted antenna I bought from them. First purchase was my LAST with RPI.
