Lambo door installers?

Im not having any luck with google and am wondering if anyone knows of any shops in Kentucky that do installations for Lambo doors and do an excellent job. Not certain its a task I want to take on myself and im looking to have a kit installed that will open via remote so i can shave the door handles later. Ty!
And please no flaming, I like lambo doors.

Im still looking through kits online. Im hoping to find one that will give me the verticle doors and allow me to press a button and have the door pop open electronically. My dad's El Camino has a similiar kit except they aren't verticle/lambo doors. You press the remote and it pops the doors open for you. And I need someone to install it.

This is the magic touch system. It's flippin' awesome. If I had like 4K to blow I'd shave my door handles and install these.

You can look at vertical doors website and they have places that install. I have not seen anyone with remote. I Verticle doors on mine and love them, but don't see how they would get a remote to work on them. I have had to adjust mine out, cause after first getting they will settle in

I saw the Vertical Doors website but they didnt have any installers listed in Kentucky. :( My internet search didnt find anything that was remote operated either. Well at least not in a kit together. I saw some solenoid kits just for shaved handles but nothing specifically for a 5th gen with vertical doors. I was hoping to find a good installer that would have more knowledge about what I could get to accomplish what I want.

to be honest you are better off doing the install with a friend if your comfortable with it.
i regret not doing it my self, the shop i went to that VDI had listed as authorized was a complete flop.
they werent authorized by the state/county to do the vert doors. VDI wants nothing to do with their mistake in putting their name on the site as a trusted installer.

do you know any one that can cut the fenders ?

No one I know personally that would cut them.
Im wary of other people touching my car and normally I do all the mods myself but the vertical doors seemed like they might be a big challenge and my electrical knowledge isnt that great. I'm wondering if a bolt on vertical door kit can be matched up with a solenoid kit. I wouldnt expect it to raise the door on its own but im wondering if the bolt on hinges would allow for the solenoid kit to pop the door open enough to get a hold on it and raise it by hand even. Alhough a kit that would raise the door up completely would be pretty cool.

anythings possible. if you get the regular bolt on kit from VDI then all you need is a good shop that can cut the fenders and make sure they edges are not prone to rust and what not, you should be okay with the remaining of the install. plus nothing beats doing it your self, such a great feeling. the electrical is only if you want to really go with the auto raise. you most likely have to drive to another state with a trust worth shop. Keep looking, maybe you can find one in your state

let us know hw it goes or what route you go with

you would need something like this to take the place of the shocks that come with the Lambo Kit.... http://www.dakotadigital.com/index.c...prod/prd58.htm
you will also need a door popper kit like this http://compare.ebay.com/like/3603360...Types&var=sbar

hey ttexxan how did you adjust your vertical doors? Did you have to remove the front fenders to adjust? Mine are slightly off and I would like to adjust them some. Thanks
