Moderate exhaust with cut outs

What is the best moderate sounding exhaust for a 2010 camaro ss? I really want a mean sounding exhaust that isnt too loud, so i can still have a conversation and listen to the radio when im cruising in the city and not really ripping on the car. Then i want to have electric cut outs for when I really want the car to roar. Any suggestions for exhaust kits and cut outs?

You need to figure out a budget first, you could spend from $1000-$3000 ...

My budget would be around $1,000, maybe a little over. Also is it possible to just get mufflers and cutoffs and use the same piping that comes stock?

For a grand you can get exhaust cut outs installed and a muffler delete done by your local muffler shop.

If it were me, I'd get cut outs on my factory exhaust then leave the rest alone. You could roll quiet or obnoxious with the push of a button.

As far as cutouts goes Noweeds is the best. It's technically a diverter and not a cutout but it will not crap out on you like most cutouts do in less than a year of install. Plus its bolt on so its a DIY. Search for Noweeds OR cutouts on the forums and you'll see everyone's experiences with both.
