Looking to see what companies offer them, i have seen rpi design razzi kit, any others?

You could get them painted locally like I did. Then any problems are handled locally...just a thought....you also want to dry install them first since you have to drill holes in the back....don't install the front lip though could be a bear to remove.

GM is going to start offering them painted and from what I understand it is only going to be a couple of hundred dollars more for the kit, so you might want to wait! This is what a GM Accessory insider told me Friday.

, but only avail. in their 4-5 favorite colors...

You can buy the Razzi kit's pre painted too from several Camaro5 vendors, CarId and Gary are the two I know of. RPI Design does too I think. But yeah Gary can paint any kit you want, just get a hold of him.
