It's over .610 lift, and more than 230/240 duration Those are the exact words copied and pasted from a message from Anthony at LG Motorsports. I have this cam and love it. Makes a ton of power in the higher RPM range.

I was going to buy this cam from you just so you know. I called LG and inquired about the springs/rods and gaskets/bolts, timing chain ect. Just to buy all the stuff required to install that cam, it was $150 off what it cost to buy a brand new kit from them. Crazy I thought. Just so you know.

I also have a ls2 chain kit.with both sprokets and new ls3 head gaskets.both items are new
