OP you would be nuts to trade a 2014 for a 2015. These cars are all about what you do with them. If you don't like something about the car then change it and make it exactly what you want. Get the Inferno Orange stripes put on your car if you loved that color that much. Start thinking mod's instead of throwing away money trying to get out of the 2014 and into a 2015 Camaro.

You should just be thankful to own a new Camaro when you had no car otherwise. Take appreciation in what you have and put thoughts into what would make your 2014 Camaro everything you want in a 5th gen Camaro and don't compare your 2014 to the 2010. 2014 or 2015 will always be a different car than your old 2010.

I believe gen5diy.com (ofer) converted a '13 to the '14 rear end. As such I'd expect he knows how to do the opposite.

Check cars.com. There are plenty of new '12 and '13 MY Camaros sitting on lots around the country. You could probably get a great deal on one of those.

If you are not happy, make the change. Life is too short.

Don't worry just be happy your taillights rock new 2014 has a lower wider stance very vette like ....I say white is right doesn't show dirt as much as darker colors ..... doesn't show paint imperfections like swirl marks on the black or darker cars .... barely noticeable....flash and dash ..color is neat but you pay for the privilege

I was very disappointed with the '14 when it was unveiled, but after seeing them on the road, I have to say that the RS tail does look nice. Pictures don't do it justice.

I think the 10-13 is still a better design, but now that I have seen them in the metal, I would have no problem with a '14. It's still an incredibly well proportioned and attractive car.

Here's a couple pictures of my car. Again, any suggestions are appreciated! You all have been very helpful.

As you can see, the black stripes really do nothing for the car in my opinion. And I paid to have them installed before I bought the car, since I had the orange stripes, I didn't want to have the same thing, wanted something different and really the other stripe colors wouldn't look right on a white car.

Another question, any of the modifications, like the gts light covers, fiber hood, things like that, will they effect the warranty in anyway?

well. you can question how lights that you can't see while you're diving can upset your sense of aesthetics
.
I feel his pain though. I have had my '013 for two yrs. now and can't wait to get rid of it (pretty lights and all)

..only thing worse than the '14 tail-lights, imo, is the half-assed RS front halos..just plain hate 'em..should've just used smaller rings.

Change to blue stripes, I always thought the white and blue combo worked very well. Tinting the tail lights might be the cheapest way to do it, to see if it looks better to you.

they RE not 69 taillights obv......but look closer than the 2010-2013 tails did. and I doubt its cost wise..rs tails and reg tails still different.....

again..it matter of preference though... the tails on my 14 zl1 are just sweet..actually awesome
