I love the big track at Willow, but damn! any 'event' is costly at that track!
My toll so far?
My BMW M3. My Ducati 748R. Several broken ribs. Ground off part of my finger. A concussion. Crashing in T1, T2, an off track excursion in T3, crash in T4b, near 'miss' in T5 and 'Oh F*vk!' in T8.
Where do guys stay?
I used to stay in Rosamond, then beers at Coach's or the Golden Cantina after.
I was thinking of Buttonwillow the same weekend, but B/W reminds me of the time I was at the Streets watching guys go through T8 and I thought
"damn, that looks awesome," and I've NEVER been at the big track and checked out what was happening at the Streets and said "damn, that looks awesome!"

What? You sayin' there's a common thread there?

But back to the thread, I'm looking forward to it for sure, and it will be a track day, not a race.

My motto?
