2013 ss supercharger question
I have a 2013 camaro ss and im in the market for a super charger. Im looking at a pro charger or a vortech. What would you guys recommend. Should I get a tuner kit or should I buy pieces separate to make a better kit?

Go with a vendor and they will setup a kit that will meet your goals.

Tuner kit for sure. Buy your own injectors and get a real tune since the handhelds are garbage. Oh and get a D1SC Procharger.

Vortech V3si is the most complete kit out there. Ted at JRE told me about it and after some research he was right. 10rib belt drive Comes standard so absolutely no belt slip. 66lb injectors good for 650ish rwhp. Most kits come with 52lb injectors. And a Huge Heat exchanger good for 1000hp+.
With a M6 change to a 3.47 pulley (10lb boost)a custom tune and you will be a little over 600rwhp. Like SuperchargedSS said all the kits out for the 5th gen seems very good. |

Definitely the Vortech...by far the most complete and reliable kit out there for the money.

You need to find other people to talk to then, look at the ECS kit and then add headers. That and the fuel mods can get you past 600 for less than 9k, assuming you can do the install yourself (you should be able to).
