Edit: My and my wife's daily drivers are 4x4's and have large pads we usually get 60-90k miles out set pads which is 3-4 years so that contributes to the rust 4 New England winters is a lot of time in hell.

If you lube the backs of the HPS you won't get squeaks. I get the slightest squeak once in a great while....
