This is typical for all displays of this type when cold. There is no fix. Once it warms up it will go away. Mine does this too and also my DIC is doing it to. Also you might notice the speedometer in the DIC that the numbers are "ghosting" in cold weather.

No fix and not really broken just cold.

Not broken, but bad engineering. None of my other vehicles have electronics that look like hell when cold.
