I used the middle option for the rear bar and the softer for the front(Option A in the instruction guide). Are you installing them yourself?

im thinking about it, but i know you have to do a wheel alignment after install, so i have a performance shop that im good friends with so i may have them just install the springs and sways and do the alignment, is there an instructional book that comes with this set up, that tells you which holes does what???

The instructions that come with the bars tell what each setting is best for whether wet roads, track use, daily driver, etc.
