I had seen not too long ago someone complaining about finding water in their camaro.. when I went to work yesterday I smelled a damp musty smell in the car. I only took her out once, inbetween downpours, to the store. No puddles! Today I checked the floorboards behind the seats, and sure enough.. barley damp.

Some car show flyers I had were a little damp, and a couple of towels were damp too. Has anyone else had this issue?

Now I wanna check my floor because mine has a musty smell in it too after the downpours this week.

So I guess Chevy still has a lot of work to do on these cars after all.

Interesting. I saw the water test in the "Ultimate Factories" episode, but now that I recall, they only poured water down from the top on to the car. I don't recall seeing anything which would shoot up from the bottom and simulate driving through water.

Either way, definitely get it to the dealer and get that taken care of for FREE.

do you have a sun roof ? if so the drain tube is kinked or pluged up . gm has a service bulletin on it .. hope this helps

wouldnt have any idea on this. the car has never seen rain

no sun roof.. and last night I noticed condensation in, not on, the back window near the bottom. Will be calling the dealer tomorrow. Never did this before and she has been in some heavy downpours before last weeks nasty weather. And its raining today.. go figure.
