Nice surprise from State Farm

Will be replacing the departed 335xi with '11 2SS/RS and keeping the Mini. Wife and 22yr old daughter on policy. Quote was $200 less/yr than the BMW and GoKart. Was told it would be more $ for the big V8. Getting old with no recent trips to traffic court does have some benefits LOL

Awesome!!!!! Actually my insurance didn't change when I got my SS either, come to think of it I believe it went down too. One of the benefits of getting a tad older, but I'm fighting it (old age that is) all the way :fighting0040:

I am serious. My 1995 M3 actually costs more with the same coverage as my SS. My 2011 GT500 cost $200/year more than my Camaro with same coverages and deduc.

Ouch! I have full coverage and no deductible and I'm paying $1600 a year for myself and my wife both on the policy and with me having 4 speeding tickets in the past 4 years.

You need to shop around.

I'll be paying $72/mo through State Farm with my wife on the policy as well. I currently pay $96/mo for insurance on my '08 Honda VTX1300R, and our '11 Subaru Outback.

Getting older with no traffic violations = WINNING.
