Well, we ARE excited, but until we see it and drive it, I'm keeping all emotions out of the equation. We're supposed to get a call today or tomorrow that it has arrived. I'm still torn between a used 2011 or 2012 and this 2013 model. The price difference is huge ($50,000 US dollars for a 2013 and approx $37,000 for a US spec 2011 2SS full option). Have to weigh the pros and cons.

My question is the difference between a US spec and a Middle East/export spec 2SS. As I said in my other post, your information can make some serious difference for me.

As I said, I would love to be able to say "Thanks, Brandon! My favorite feature(s) so far is/are __________"

Help me out, brother.

Well, I would like to answer you on this but I have exhausted my resources on the specifications on the Middle Eastern Camaros.

Let us know if you get the favorite feature figured out.

Took the dive into a 2013 2SS/RS package 6M Middle East spec. Black with IO interior. My Link in the Middle East is not up yet, so no GPS.

Almost got the ZL1, but it was an automatic and 20 minutes after I started dealing it, someone came in and bought it with cash. Oh well.

Next up is my mod wishlist and game-plan that I have to flow out over the course of the next three years. I never rush anything because I want to learn as I am doing something. No gonna be a track terror, but mean in its own right.

She's definitely fun to drive, and I really like the rumble. The only thing I can say that I don't like is the low ceiling and having to stoop down to see the red light if I am at a traffic light. Shifting is smooth and responsive without a lot of effort and I keep forgetting I have 6 gears. I really don't need 6 gears, but it's nice anyway. Acceleration is pretty nice and wraps up quickly. Running 98 octane at the moment and the air temps 21 celsius (69.8 F). Can get away from packs of cars and people give me room (no, I'm not an arrogant impolite road hog; V8 rumble and HIDs coming up on you quickly, people tend to move to the right). Wife mentions to start thinking about mods. Man! I am blessed!
